Breaking: Fabrizio Romano discloses Tottenham’s “ideal” managerial choice just moments after Igor Tudor’s dismissal.

Just minutes after Tottenham Hotspur confirmed the mutual decision to end Igor Tudor’s spell in charge, Fabrizio Romano has reported the club’s “dream” managerial target.

Tottenham sack Tudor

Following a 3-0 defeat to relegation rivals Nottingham Forest, Tottenham and Igor Tudor have parted ways. The Croatian managed just one win during his brief tenure, which came in the Champions League when Spurs were already on the brink of elimination against Atlético Madrid.

With seven matches remaining, Tottenham are now managerless and sitting just a point above the relegation zone, leaving club officials with a major decision to make before the end of the international break.

In an official statement, the club confirmed the departure:

> “We can confirm that it has been mutually agreed for Head Coach Igor Tudor to leave the Club with immediate effect.
Tomislav Rogić and Riccardo Ragnacci have also left their respective roles of Goalkeeping Coach and Physical Coach.
We thank Igor, Tomislav and Riccardo for their efforts during the past six weeks, in which they worked tirelessly. We also acknowledge the bereavement that Igor has recently suffered and send our support to him and his family at this difficult time. An update on a new Head Coach will be provided in due course.”

Tottenham now return to uncertainty, with a difficult run of fixtures ahead. Their next match away at Sunderland is followed by several challenging Premier League encounters, adding further pressure to the search for a new manager.

Romano reveals Tottenham’s “dream” target

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that Tottenham’s preferred choice to replace Tudor is Roberto De Zerbi. The Italian is said to be highly admired by the club, although any potential move may depend on Spurs securing their Premier League status.

While De Zerbi is viewed as a strong long-term option, questions remain over whether he would be willing to join during such a precarious period. If Tottenham survive, he is expected to remain a leading candidate for the job.

With survival still uncertain and a tough fixture list ahead, the club’s managerial hunt has officially begun.
