Confirmed: The two new arrivals Roberto De Zerbi is bringing to Tottenham

Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed the members of Roberto De Zerbi’s coaching staff following his appointment on a five-year contract.

De Zerbi is preparing for his first match in charge away at Sunderland on Sunday.

The club have announced the arrivals of Marcattilio Marcattilii as first-team fitness coach and Marcello Quinto as senior professional development phase coach. Marcattilii has worked with De Zerbi since 2015 at Italian side Foggia and has remained part of his backroom team ever since, while Quinto has collaborated closely with him over the past three years at Brighton and Marseille.

They will join assistant coaches Bruno Saltor and Andreas Georgson, individual development coach Cameron Campbell, and goalkeeping coach Fabian Otte. Support will also continue from Stuart Lewis and Dean Brill.

De Zerbi has seven games remaining to steer Spurs away from relegation to the Championship. The club currently sit 17th in the Premier League, just one point above the relegation zone, and are yet to record a league win in 2026.

Following the trip to Sunderland at the Stadium of Light, De Zerbi’s first home game will come against his former club Brighton & Hove Albion on April 18.

Speaking after his appointment, De Zerbi confirmed his commitment to the club, stating he will remain in charge next season regardless of the outcome. He also expressed confidence in his squad, backing the players to improve results and turn the club’s situation around.
