Tudor guilty of FOUR ‘fireable’ mistakes in just his second Spurs match as calls grow to axe every player in one key group

Tudor charged with FOUR ‘sackable’ errors in second Spurs outing as fans demand total clearout of one squad group

Relegation worries deepened for Tottenham Hotspur after Igor Tudor suffered a second straight defeat, this time a 2-1 loss to Fulham.

Tudor stepped in as interim boss following the dismissal of Thomas Frank, tasked with steering Spurs clear of relegation danger before the season’s end. However, the Croatian has overseen back-to-back losses, leaving Tottenham just four points above the bottom three with 10 matches remaining.

Fulham raced into a two-goal lead before half-time through Harry Wilson and Alex Iwobi. Richarlison pulled one back after the break, but Spurs could not find an equaliser, extending their league winless run into 2025.

While some supporters credited Tudor’s substitutions — with Richarlison among those introduced — many believe little has changed since Frank’s departure. Despite being appointed only until the end of the campaign, doubts are already surfacing about whether Tudor will see out his interim spell.

On the COYS Reddit channel, one fan wrote: “Tudor won’t survive lol. They’ll panic hire someone with five games left. This is truly remarkable. How to ruin a billionaire business.”

Another listed what they described as “sackable offences”: deploying a back three despite limited defensive options, selecting Guglielmo Vicario and Radu Dragusin, and playing Archie Gray at left wing-back.

A further comment suggested Tudor’s approach contradicts the reason he was appointed, criticising his system and use of players out of position. Others questioned his ability to deliver the disciplined, resilient side he had promised.

Similar concerns were voiced on X, with supporters claiming the team looked tactically unclear and worse than before.

Calls grow for major squad overhaul

Although a pre-summer dismissal appears unlikely, speculation persists over Tudor’s long-term future. At the same time, attention has shifted toward the squad itself, with many fans urging a sweeping clearout regardless of whether Spurs avoid relegation.

One Reddit user argued that, even if survival is secured, the club must sell any player over 25 and rebuild around a new core untainted by a “culture of losing.”

Another described the squad as lacking fight and called for a complete reset. Several supporters insisted that players who cannot contribute consistently should be moved on, while others claimed much of the team falls short of the required standard.

One post suggested accepting offers for nearly every player in the summer and beginning a full-scale rebuild, noting that relegation would likely force the sale of most of the squad anyway.

Latest Tottenham developments

Reports indicate Spurs have turned their managerial search toward a candidate in the Bundesliga. Meanwhile, one defender is reportedly waiting to see if Real Madrid formalise their interest.

Off the pitch, updates have also emerged regarding a potential takeover bid involving Amanda Staveley and Mehrdad Ghodoussi.
